Where we come from
NEXTLVL STRATEGY was founded by a German entrepreneur and has been based in Dubai since 2025. Our office is in the Meydan Grandstand, and we are licensed in the Meydan Free Zone. We went through the same free zone formation for our own company that we now prepare for our clients.
What ‘Built on German Standards’ means to us
We treat the line in our logo as a set of working rules. A company name is checked before it is submitted. A website is tested for loading time, mobile display and working contact forms before it goes live. During company formation you know at every step which documents are needed next. And you know the costs before you commit, because every formation package has a fixed price.
Two areas of work
The first is company formation in a Dubai free zone, with trade licence, residence visa and Emirates ID. The second is digital services: web design and CMS, SEO, advertising and content, strategy, organisation, marketing, social media, corporate design development and project management. In practice the two are closely linked. Once the trade licence is issued, the company name and activities are fixed, and they shape the domain, the site structure and the first search terms for the website.
How we work
You have one dedicated contact who knows your project from start to finish. We work digitally. Company formation runs on clear steps and document checklists, websites on a briefing, a project plan and a formal sign-off. You can reach us from 09:00 to 19:00, and at weekends by arrangement.
