2. General information on data processing
Personal data is any information by which you can be personally identified. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and handle your enquiries, or where you have given your consent. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. When you visit the website, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser and stores it in server log files. This includes:
- the IP address of the requesting device
- the date and time of access
- the page or file requested
- the referrer URL (the page previously visited)
- the browser and operating system used
- the volume of data transferred and the status code
This data is technically required to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and security and to detect misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and without errors. The log files are deleted once the retention period set by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland expires, unless they are needed for longer to investigate a security incident. ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies unless you expressly consent to a service that uses them (see section 7).
5. Our own visitor statistics
To see which pages are visited and how often, we use our own visitor statistics on our server. They work without cookies and do not store IP addresses. To distinguish between visits, a random value is used that changes daily. This means visitors cannot be recognised over several days or linked to an individual. Only page views are counted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving what our website offers.
6. Contacting us
Contact form
When you write to us using the contact form, we process the data you enter:
- name
- email address
- telephone number
- message
- the topic you select
We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps taken prior to entering into a contract. In all other cases, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in responding to enquiries sent to us. We store the data until your enquiry has been dealt with in full. Statutory retention periods, in particular under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message in order to deal with your request. The legal bases and storage period are the same as for the contact form.
7. Google Analytics (only if enabled and with your consent)
This section applies only if Google Analytics is enabled on this website. In that case, the service is loaded only after you have given your express consent via the consent banner. Without your consent, no connection to Google is made.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse how the website is used, for example which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, where visits come from and details of the device and browser. The IP address is truncated in the process. The information may be transferred to servers operated by Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by reopening the cookie settings on this website and revoking your consent. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
8. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font provider when you view the pages.
9. Links to Instagram and Facebook
This website contains links to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook. These are simple links, and no content or plugins from these services are embedded. Data is only transferred when you click a link and visit the respective network's site. From that point on, the privacy policy of the provider, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, applies.
10. Transfers to third countries
Our company is based in the United Arab Emirates. There is no adequacy decision of the European Commission for the UAE. If you contact us via the contact form or by email, your data is therefore transferred to a third country outside the EU and processed by us there. This transfer is based on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary to handle your enquiry and to take steps prior to entering into a contract. Please note that the level of data protection in the UAE may differ from that in the EU.

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)

- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
